Youth
Starter Program
These are the beginning group lessons of fencing where
we introduce the physical and mental fundamentals of the game. The physical elements strengthen posture, improve flexibility,
builds footwork endurance and blade-work emphasizes accuracy through hand-eye coordination. The mental elements exercise
agility between body and mind.
Training Program
The
program is designed for intermediate to advanced fencers, who are ready to expand on the fundamentals and seek out success
through greater creative tactics and strategies. There is a stronger emphasis on physical concentration and mental focus.
The sessions are cumulative for three consecutive weeks. Attendance is important as to not miss any part of a specific
lesson.
Optimal Program
The
program requires a level of personal drive and maturity within the student. The objective of this program is to maximize the
student's fencing training to the fullest by offering intense conditioning, private lessons and open-bouting. Inquire
